I have written a complaint to Standard Bank and I haven't received a response. Their silence say everything about what they think of me as a client. I am definitely taking my business to Nedbank since anyway they are the ones who have offered me the best interest rate on my vehicle finance with just an investment acoount with them while I have 3 accounts with Standard Bank and a home loan and they offered me the highest interest rate and not even bothering to respond to my complaint.
