When logged on to easy pay, you go through the procedure including payment via credit card. once the payment is through they send you a final advice indicating that the transaction has been rejected. in the meantime the money is already transferred to easypay.
this has happened to me twice - once when paying municipal account and the second time when buying electricity.
then it takes months for them to pay you back - and you've got to jump through hoops to get you money back dealing with incompetent call agents. AVOID EASYPAY.
