CASE:25805628
purchase at Supplier in USA.
My husband received an SMS of a transaction that was processed in the USA and he immediately alerted Discovery Credit Card that the transaction was.
I was corresponding by email with Miss Bianca Whittle of FNB. I discussed my problem with her after which she asked
me to put it on email, which I did. I asked her to clarify the following details regarding my transaction as none of this was my personal information:
o Email address [Email Removed]
o Postal code (it's American)
o Billing information incorrect? (the postal code listed is was incorrect)
o Shipping information? (the postal code is again incorrect)
She has not replied to this email but informed me that the payment of the purchase was my responsibility as I purchased these 2 products online and that our account will be re debited.
I am very unhappy and disappointed with Discovery's/FNB's response to my dispute of the transaction, as I don't believe the reasons given as to why the transaction is being assigned to me are valid.
As a valued client of Discovery, I expect that a full investigation be conducted.
