Worst service ever

I have Requested that money taken off my bank account (which was not authorised by myself) be paid back to me. This request was apparently logged... Ans it apparently takes 48 hours... I have not yet received anything yet and its been 2 weeks!!!

I was not able to pay my rent because of this and now my landlord is on my case...
