A debit went off my account on 3 September 2013. Logged a call with FNB, faxed through a disputes form.
Called back last week and was told to wait till Tuesday 17 September as it takes 5 working days to receive a reponse. Called back on Tuesday to ESCALATE the issue and was told i will be contacted on within 48 hours or the money will be in my account. Called back again today and I have been forwarded from one call centre agent to the next. Was eventually forwarded to Keegan who apparently is handling my account and he could not help me. Then spoke to a Thobile who is apparently going to escalate this to his line manager and I should receive a call back. Basically i have not been given a solution. 17 days later afer this transaction!!!
