BAD ATTITUDE AND FAILURE TO RESPOND

I have reported a problem i have with the payment of my pension fund since 23 July (first mail). The lawyer attending to my case is Mr Mokwena. Previously he was also very slow to respond and again it is the same. My pension payment from GEPF has been outstanding for the past 7 months. I have communicated with them and then contacted clientele legal for assistance. Clientele legal's assistance proved to be as bad as that of GEPF. I still have not received my pension, even though all my documents are linked at GEPF. I needed clientele legal to intervene on my behalf. But to no avail. The call centre person Mabetha, was just as bad mannered and informed me that they have 48hours, but i phoned them on Friday for the first time... and this is a follow-up, not a new incident.
