All our our funds removed from our account

My wife and myself have a joined account at Nedbank. This morning we discovered that all our money is out of our account and by all i mean the amount available is 0 (zero). The detail on said it was for a purchase at P&P.
My wife called Nedbank and she was informed that it was a technical error and the following ref number 64713714. She then went to the branch in Killarney and was informed that the TECHNICAL error will take 2 working days to be rectified. As i said the amount available is zero, where do you expect to get money to buy food for my children. It took you a mill second to remove all of our funds from our account but i will take you 2 working days to rectify it. At this stage you say 2 days but I don't believe it. Can you please advise and where should i get money to buy food for my children
