Poor customer service

I made an investment into one of FNB's affiliated companies/products called Ashburton on 19 August, to date I have not received any acknowledgment of my investment from them. I have been to FNB 3 times to find out where the paper work is and all they tell me is that they will find out and get back to me.

I also need to say the person that helped me (Pieter Wolfaardt) had received a private call on his personal phone and spend 5 minutes organizing a place for his daughter to stay in Stellenbosch. Does FNB ever inform or train their staff?? Very unacceptable! He wasn't very knowledgeable about the product either i still don't even know what the investment name is!

So FNB give me 2 reasons why i should keep my investment at Ashburton and not close my remainder FNB accounts. I am complaining against FNB and not Ashburton as FNB had introduced me to this company (that don't seem to interested in me..)
