On Monday I contacted Outsurance and spoke to a lady by the name of Shamla, she was absolutely amazing. Thank you Outsurance for employing people like Shamla to deal with people like me. It is one day later and my claim has been settled and all my damaged goods replaced. Shamla is probably one of the most professional, helpful and friendly people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Outsurance is a company that not only brings out ads to tell you how good they are but they really DO bend over backwards to PROOF to you how good they are. I rated your service as awesome only because I could not find a better word myself but please trust me that your service levels and that of you providers by far exceed awesome. I will now bend over backwards to tell as many people as possible about my experience with Outsurance
