No feedback since the 23/12/2013


I have been waiting for ABSA to update and lift the debt review status hold on my credit card and bank account. I sent the 17.4 form and consent letter to the debt review department via email [Email Removed] on the 23rd of December 2013 and followed up on the 27th December with the call centre. They could not confirm receipt they requested that I resend a consent letter which I did on the same day. They said it would take at least 3 working days it is now the 07th and I still have not received any feedback. This puts me in a bad light and really have no idea how else to escalate my problem.
