I have experianced bad customer service from Indwe risk (ORICO) I took my car for a repairs after my wife's accident and the accident was on the front right fender and the wheel was pulling to one direction, after the car had been repaired a month later it gave me problems when turning the steering and repair consultant said there was a stone in the steering rack and also it looked like someone had worked on my sterring rack. I said i have never had a problem with my steering rack the only people who might have worked on it it them from the accident, any way he said he had sorted out the challenge.
Last two months the steeringrack got worse and I took it to Audi & Glen confirmed that it was the sterring rack and someone put spacers on my car. I was going home last week and it have me more problems and I took it to Frank Auto who also said it looks like the car had been invlove in an accident that is why I have this problem.
Raised a claim with Indwe and the claim was declined without even them seeing the car (is this the procedure they should be following) or sending an assesor. I do not trust even the assosrs's report as they are employed by Orico they will protect the m
