International Banking Dept Fails to respond

I have recently moved to Germany to get married and I transfer funds to my ABSA bank account in order to pay debts still outstanding in SA.

For the last couple of months, ABSA has converted the Euros payed into the account automatically due to a standing instruction. Then for no reason at all they fail to convert the payment I made in August. I only hear about it after ABSA informs me that my debit orders could not be honoured because of insufficient funds.

I have send two emails yesterday to the email address supplied with the Notification of Inward Payment - [Email Removed] in order to clear up this issue. I have yet to get a response. I can not see why I should incur cost for their mistake.
