I was involved in a car accident in Dec last year and i was hospitalised for 2months and i was in active for 4months which means i was not even working due to the seriousness of my injury..due to that i could only start doing my claims this month, and I explained to Quentin as to why the delay but he dudbt even listen to my reasons, why should i be worried about claiming while i'm in hospital? somethings are not straight forwarded where you can imediately put a claim like in my case, I was in ICU and surely i was not going to be puting claims..I want my phone fixed and you guys will make sure its fixed as i'm paying each and every month my hard earned cash..I hope this mater will be resolved because i wont take it lying down if i have to involve lawyers i will if i have to aproach relevent people i will if i have to go to speak out to let everyone knows what of insurance is it that rips you off while in hospital fighting for your life i will.
