Hi,

Id just like to commend you guys on your efficiency on both my claims this year. Earlier this year I lost my phone, My phone was replaced within a week or so.

Last weekend my screen got cracked and needed to be paired. I submitted my claim on Sunday and today my phone was collected (and it only took so long because of a delay on my side)

So often, Insurance companies are bad mouthed and Im glad to say Ive only had good experiences with you 24hr mobility. You've made my life THAT much simpler!
