I recently went onto maternity leave. Not being able to pay my car installment I phoned before hand to make arrangements. The debit order bounced and a phone call followed from Wesbank, I tried to explaine my situation and the person on the other end told me I had 9 months to prepare for this so why cant I make a payment. This to me was not just rude, but I atleast had the decensy to phone and make arrangement. This is not the treatment I expect after being with wesbank for almost 10 years with a flawless record.
