Good day, my sisters i.d was last year and she immediately reported it with the police and got a case number, however activities were used with here i.d book and a loan with capfin was taken out which she was not aware of, she then contacted the call centre to advised then of this and she was told it will be investigated and it would be cancelled, up to today still no feedback. after she had blocked her bank account, capfin then deposited the money into the standard bank account and money was withdrwan from that account and on top of it her sms notification was deactivated. how is that possible? she then reported this again with your bank and she was given new card with the same acc no.(why would you do that) she now has bank charges of more then R3000 she is not even aware off. Here is the Case no. - 2012/08/680 from the police
