Can I Please get my Money already!!!

So I deposited money into my FNB Bank account on Saturday via the ATM AND IT STILL HAS NOT REFLECTED!!! i have called your helpline four times already and still nothing because all they do is keep passing me off to the next person and still nobody has a clue as to what the happened to my money. I'd like a quick response as to when my money will reflect into my bank account. i left this bank a while ago because of something similar now please give me a reason to stay this is no way to play with the finances of those you are meant to be looking out for.
