On the 14th September at 13:25 we phoned Absa to report that our geyser was leaking and that we need a Plumber to come attend to it. A lady called Martina assured us that the plumber will be by us in no time. At 14:00 a Maggie from Millennium plumbers phoned us saying a plumber is on his way. At 16:36 we phoned Absa again to find out why there still hasn't been a plumber, we spoke to Mathapelo who said she will phone us with feedback regarding the plumber's whereabouts, at 17:12 we phoned Absa again because Mathapelo still hadn't gotten back to us, this time we spoke a lady whose name we didn't get but identified herself as the shift supervisor and she still wasn't helpful. At 18:10 we're still awaiting a plumber. The poor service we get from our insurance providers is appalling.
