No response to money i deposited wrongly

December 2011 i went to the bank deposited R6000.00 into the account of Msibi saying was the lawyers because i wanted to rent a flat. I was called by the manager Natasha who told me that the money i deposited looks like its because i was the sixth person to deposit the money into the account. So she told me to call line to report and so that the account can be blocked. For that day i was the last person to deposit the money and the available money after i deposited was R8000.00 and the person was withdrawing the money after every deposit. Because i reported and being the last person the R6000.00 was mine and there was R2000.00 left. So they told me to get a case number (496/12/2011) from police station which i did. I kept on going to the bank but the was no feedback. I was told that i will get my money back till today there is no feedback. So i am not happy because i was the last person so the money in that account is mine as they also told me i was the last to deposit.
