Money Shortage at ATM during withdrawal

I went and withdrew E4000 from Riverstone atm and only E3390 came out. No receipt came out but an sms notifying me that i had withdrawn E4000 was received. I immediately went to the bank and they said they are going to check their atm's i should get the balance which is E610 deposited in my account within a week. That was on the 16/01/2014 even today i am still waiting and when i go to the manzini branch where they deal with complaints no one is willing to help. This is meaning it is something they are used to clearly thats how they eat their customer's money. Such a disgusting, selfless Bank. What do i do now, do i report at FNB group maybe they will be willing to assist. Today its the 30th and no money has been deposited. This is so disapointing, why to your clients then do nothing about it and be rude after that. I will fight this until the end if it means going to the ombudsman i will do it. How many people lose their money this way and never complain. What do you do when your bank starts you of the little that you have. I am so disgusted and frustrated. The stuff at FNB is doing nothing but passing the bug, what happened to good customer service???
