Giving me the run around for my own money

I have a personal loan by Nedbank and never had any problems with them until recently. They've accidently deducted a double installment from my bank account at the end of April 2013. I've phone them to query the problem and they've promised me that the one installment will be paid back into my bank account and it will take 3 - 5 days. The 5 days passed the money reflected in my account but I could not withdraw it, the next day I went bank to withdraw the money but then saw that they've revirsed the money back into their account. I've phone them ever since and they keep on telling me it will be deposited in and that it will reflect within in 24hours, but still nothing. Today (13/05/2013) they told me it will be in after 15:00pm but still there is nothing. Now they've put me in a situation cause I need the money as I have other accounts that has to be paid and I don't know what to do. Please help me as I need that money urgently.
