Nedbank Cleary Park really need training

I went to the bank on 14.09.13 to collect. I was in the line a hour & in the managers office another hour. I changed my details ages ago, but my card came back on my divorced surname. The consultant (Kim) didn't even check on the system to see if she can help me, just send me straight to the manager. The manager also told me that he wont be able to help me if I don't have proof that I am myself. I told him that I'm not leaving, because, I did already change my details, when he turned his computer to me I saw that my details are correct on the system it's only the card that came wrong. I'm so disgust with Nedbank Cleary Park service, because whenever you go there, you have to stand and wait so long to be helped and the service is so bad, only two people on a Saturday. The ladies at Info desk, looks like they are forced to sit there, they so angry especially Kim. The manager and his staff treated me like I someone's identity. I had to sign over & over just to convince them that I'm really me, they even made copies of my account cards because they are not convinced its me, but on their system my surname was changed. Have to change my bank to a more helpful & friendly bank.
