Totally unacseptable

I went to fnb quagga centre to close my account and they said that a request has been sent to the olympus plaza branch to close the account because my account was opened at olympus plaza that was in may 2013. Only to find out on the 31st of august 2013 that the account has not been closed and money has been deposited into the account. Went to fnb menlyn this morning 14 sept 2013 and was informed that i can only withdraw R100 of the R400 that was deposited due to bank costs that accumelated since may 2013. This to me is totally unfair due to the fact that i gave instruction for the account to be closed.
