MOST PATHETIC APAULING BANK!!

I have requested for my cards to b sent to melrose because it is closer. It turned out to b the biggest nightmare of my life! 1st they changed my surname on my account without my authorization or knowledge! then they change the name on my bond account which again I was unaware of. When ever I go they are off line. The front line staff look & behave like its a morgue! then Lucus upgrades my gold card to platinum makes me sign al the docs. When I pick up it is gold again. They block my card without telling me. Complained to the team leader. Cards sent this week to my work. UTI refused to give it to me as my id book is govender & nedbank has my married surname ishwarllal. I never changed from my maiden name at all my bank accounts & legal docs!!! How did this dumb bank do that without a marriage certificate or anything? now my card is blocked again, I am still waiting for the branch manager to call me!! & this happened on Wednesday. I have called her, left messages & nothing.. How more up can nedbank get? I want to close this account & consolidate all my investments with Fnb. Do U think u grade ones can get that right?? There is no compensation for me & I am already paying more!!
