Mr price's slow response in cancellation of policy

I cancelled my insurance policy with Mr price over a month ago and till to date in still paying for insurance policy that I don't want, I went to one of their store on Monday the 30th of September and I was assisted and put through their head office where I was told that I'd be called surging 24 hours but the insurance group and I still haven't received any form of communication from any of them
