Ive noted that my policy is still on FNBs books, ie its both on FNBs book and Hollards..Please explain why and provide a guarantee that there is no double debit of my account due to administration errors.
The policy was due to be migrated from FNB Insurance Brokers to Hollard.

Ive also noted that a debit was missed last month. Ive contacted your call centre and spoken to Polina Phago - 10.30am 21.1.14 on the number 0875774777. Please can you ensure that this is processed to prevent downstream concerns.
