I am urgently looking for any Budget Insurance email address or fax number where I can send a Cancellation Letter to regarding my Life Cover.
I've looked everywhere on their site and even tried Googling it but no luck. Not even a phone number to their Cancellation Department is provided anywhere. And phoning any of the other numbers only put me on hold for way too long.
I can login to my account on their website (which currently only shows my car insurance) but when I tried to link my Life policy to the account, it claims that it does not exist.
They really couldn't have made it any harder to cancel a policy.
Reason for cancellation: My Employer is providing life insurance as part of my Provident Fund.
