To whom it may concern,
I called FFW insurance to take out a policy on the 24 July 2013. The car that I took the cover for is still at the dealership floor. On 25 July 2013 I called to cancel this policy as I found a cheaper insurance. FFW accepted the cancellation. However, I was told that the debit order which was set to go through on 28 July 2013 will come off my account and I will be refunded within 31 working days. This is not acceptable as now I will be paying a premium for the insurance policy which I took out. Please cancel the debit order immediately as this will put my cash flow on a strain.
