Empty promises lead to poor service

Its disheartening the way Absa have my debit order query. since June 2013 i've notice unauthorize debit order, i then advised Absa Bank, whom reversed the debit order succefully. on July i experience the same problem, also advised Absa whom reserved the debit order once again. it was at this point when i was advised that the people that are illegally debiting my was Praves and Coast2Coas, the consultant who was helping me try to contact them but the couldn't get hold of them. in the middle of the month of August once again I was a victim of circumstances, inform Absa about this again, also told them that i'm receiving letters indicating that i have unpaid debit order because of this people that i don't know, i was advised that i shouldn't worry. but last month i was charged an admin charge of R303.85, went to the bank was told its because of the debit orders, my query was escalated to the Manager of the Store name Rene whom promise to get back to me, its been almost two weeks now i'm still waiting for her response. i'm not certain what should i do now, because i'm sceptical the way banks operate maybe i should switch the bank, but i do want my money back.
