CONSTANT HARASSMENT FROM CALL CENTER

I am constantly been harassed by the call centre after supplying documents to the Lakeside Mall branch regarding my loan, and that I have applied for sequestration. I even received a reference number regarding the receipt of the documents.
The call are consistent each day from around 5:30 to even 8:30 at night, and now even started Sunday at 10:58 which is against debt collection acts and rules.

All I request is that my account be transferred to the correct department and that the calls can stop. If you do not understand the term sequestration please consult a dictionary and your legal department.
