Changing conditions of agreement

I have a Home Loan with Nedbank since 2006. Every month I received a printed statement via mail.

Since last year, I've changed my option to receive statements via email.

Nedbank has now increased the monthly admin fee AND changed the conditions of statements sent out to 1 every three months...???

There is absolutely no human intervention on my account every month to be able to send a statement every month - we live in the 21st century!!

BUT, you can now access your account (Bond, investments) without having a cheque, savings or credit card account with Nedbank - for a monthly fee of R16 - THIS IS DAYLIGHT R-O-B-B-I-N-G. I already pay a monthly admin fee on the bond...

For Internet access to my Investec investment, guess what the monthly access fee is - R0.00

Phones Nedbank Home Loans Dept. to speak to a manager - got put on hold for 7 minutes...

Great service Nedbank - already looking for another bank to take over the bond and investments!!
