Incompetent and Poor Service

At the beginning of the year I upgraded my account to Private banking. I just upgraded to too many headaches on how my account has been handled. Recently 2 weeks I got a charge to my account through my old cheque card which was supposed to have been deactivated 7 months ago when I upgraded as I received new cards. I then called the call centre and It was reversed and I got an apology only to charged for their sloppy and careless service. WHY do these banks treat us as if we have no alternatives. I've had enough STANDARD BANK Private Banking is!!!
