Called in to surrender my policy
2nd of September submitted all required documents a week later still no pay out called again only to find out they have not received had to re submit which i did called them back again to find out why its taking for ever i told its still at the scan department, they dont do follow ups what so ever
lerato team leader still waiting for her call since friday the 13th. I have been waiting for far to long Julia who had no sense of leadership I am disappointed
