Very Poor Private Banking

Almost 2 months ago I was upgraded to prestige account, with this comes a new credit card / private banking / better rates as far as i was told and that someone would be in touch. Two weeks ago I went into my local branch and was advised that I could only be upgraded to prestige if I had a certain salary, yet the call 6 weeks earlier had said I would be. When in my local branch on the Saturday, I was told that on Monday someone would contact me regarding all this. That never happened. The Thursday (week ago) I called the customer services and they confirmed I had been upgraded to the prestige package, and a consultant would contact me. Another week later, today (07/11/2013) I have yet to have anyone from Standard Bank contact me.
