It is no surprise that Standard Bank failed to deliver on service delivery once again! After my previous complaint on Hellopeter, Standard Bank promised to resolve my issue within 5 working days. Its almost a month now and I have still not received any joy. I have upgraded my account about 7 months ago and I have still not received my new cards.By upgrading to the Prestige account you would expect better service than this. I have been paying the additional banking fees for the past 7 months and the service is pathetic. If Standard bank can't issue a card, could you possibly trust them with taking care of your financial needs
