I had an injury cover insurance with them for all kinds of injury they would pay me a lumpsum of R150 000 as per our agreement. I broke my left ring finger and had to go for operation i submited the claim and they never paid me since they were using Charters name but still deduction for that policy. I then had eye operation again which they told me to submit claims and till today I havent got any money from them nor explaination why i wasnt paid. 2010 I had to stop their deductions because I was phoning for the follow up and i was told they were liquidated. Lately I have recieved few calls asking me to join them and iwhen i explain they all promise to comeback to me but nothing
