Good Day, I tried to claim for a wedding ring and was told that I do not have cover for the ring as I did not specify the items that needed to be insured. There are no special conditions listed in the policy schedule to this effect and the claims lady (Zeze) said that she will pull the call between myself and the consultant and she will get back to me within 5 business days. This was on the 05 November and I am still awaiting feedback. Sent a follow up email on the 19th but no response.
Please can someone get back to me on this. I would also like to cancel my cover if this cannot be resolved before the end of the month.
