BAnk Card - Cancelled

Since my I moved to FNB it hasnt been easy - when i went to fetch my card they told me it has gone back and i needed to request another card.
They ordered another card for me and I went to fetch it after a few weeks and found that the chip has been damaged. So they had to again order another card for me and i had to pay for a temp card.
i received that card and I using it ok.
Last week 02/02/2013 I went to Trade _Root Mall to request a debit order to be returned and to have a new oin.
I was helped by Bongani Sibaloyi to never greeted me. I asked to changed my pin and he told me that the card was cancelled. I asked for the reason and he said he didnt know.
He said he will order a new card _ I asked out of who's expence and he told me that i will have to pay for.
I told them I wont pay for a card that I didnt know what happened to it - He ignored and carried on ordered a new card.
Then he gave me my ID book bank - I asked him what am I supposed to use now and he told me that he doesn't know. I asked wont they offer me a temp card and he said i will have to pay for it.
That guy gave me so much attitude that I was even thinking thing was a joke - no proffessionalism whatso ever.
