I wanted to purchase foreign currency from the particular branch on Saturday, 14 September. The teller made me feel as if I was intruding into his work space, asked me to take a seat and wait, and proceeded to do some administrative work for the next 5 minutes, while completely ignoring me. When I finally decided to leave and told him so, his response was, "sorry, ja', while looking quite relieved.
So, sorry ja, for Standard Bank, and Bidvest, here I come.
