VERY UPSET

I joined Ucount rewards with Standard Bank and WAS NEVER informed once that if I had a British Airways Credit Card I would not get rewards back... they signed me up in 2 minutes never told me to read terms and conditions. After 6 months of using my credit card to purchase petrol etc... I only get informed by email last night that as I have a British Airways card it does not work... Now not only have I been wasting my time going only to Caltex Petrol stations etc... using my credit card only, paying for the privilege of having a ucount card every month. I get informed only after months of using it that it is not applicable to my credit card. I am furious that I was not informed when I joined up and was never told that as I was a British Airways C/C that is was useless me joining in the beginning. I feel that Standard bank consultants are useless, and that I have been ripped off and been wasting all my time. I spoke to a lovely lady this morning called Lynn Williams, who could not have been nicer as she explained to me that this has happened to a lot of people not only me.
Standard Bank you are a rip off... charging us and not informing us.
