I have already complained about this service, and NO ONE GOT BACK TO ME...!!!
I have now spoken to over 4 people, which are also upset about wrongly informed about the UCOUNT information given to us at joining them.
NO ONE informed us that we had to read terms and conditions, NO ONE informed us that our Standard Bank British Airways card would not work for UCOUNT rewards... and we have been driving around looking for Caltex garages and only shopping where we could retrieve points, never to be informed that we were just wasting our time as our Credit card was not applicable. WHen joining over the phone, the lady who I spoke to knew that I had a British Airways C/C and never informed me it was useless to join as I would not redeem any points. So therefore joined me up just so that Standard Bank could rip us off, by charging us for the priviledge, and not informing us we were wasting our time and our money. If it was only ME, I could have thought differently but 4 PEOPLE... were also ripped off by joining UCOUNT and never informed by the sales ladies. I would appreciate it if I could at least get a call back... BAD SERVICE!!!
