I have been e-mailing and sending messages through my banking profile for I think 3 weeks now, but I have had no response at all. I originally joined telephonically. After confirming all my details, the lady said that all was done and I was now part of the rewards scheme. She also mentioned that I would receive something in the mail. The first instalment of R20 has already been deducted from my account and my questions remain unanswered. I originally understood that the reward scheme would simply be linked to my existing credit card. I have a Standard Bank Gold British Airways card. Now a UCounts Credit Card has arrived in the mail. I really do not know how this scheme works and would appreciate it if someone could call me to explain and answer my questions as a matter of urgency. I do not want or need another credit card.
