I sought a Caltex Service Station in Bronkhorstspruit en route to Witbank 19 Aug '13 to fill up with petrol. When my Credit Card was offered - the Attendant said he was under instruction from Mgt to refuse Credit Cards. (Ucount rules are a Caltex Service station and only a credit card) I paid with a Garage Card. When I raised this with Ucount Rewards they completely missed the point and sent me the rules pertaining to Ucount and told me not to use my Garage Card! I've now reached the stage after a month, that on principal I require my rewards balance to be credited by the amount of petrol I was forced to purchase on my Garage Card. Details of the transaction were sent to Ucount a month ago!
