DOES NOT RENDER A SERVICE TO CLIENTS

Since I reported that VERICRED Supevisor/Manager, CHRISTINAH did not respond to my question & need to come to a settlement amount - a SIMON MOHLABANE phoned me & asked for the telno of DR VAN ZYL ANEATHETISTS, because he could not get their office telno!! I submitted (012) 333-3332 (Lorraine) to him (3 SEPT 2014), in his email, as he required. He undertook to sort this calculations and settlement amount out for me. Lorraine (DR van Zyl's rooms) also phoned me & also wants this matter now solved & my account cleared.
Up til today - I HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE FROM SIMON, OR CHRISTINAH OR ANYBODY AT THEIR OFFICE. THEY KEEP ON SENDING ME SMS'S TO PAY - I WILL NOT PAY THOSE COSTS OF SMS'S & PHONE CALLS (WITH ADDED INTERESTS) TO ME, BECAUSE I REQUESTED SETTLEMENT A LONG TIME AGO - I WISH TO COME TO AN AGREEMENT, I WANT TO SETTLE THE WHOLE AMOUNT. THEY ARE WASTING MY MONEY & TIME! IT IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY UNFAIR TOWARDS THE CLIENT.
