You were phoned on the 25 July 2013 and requested for a settlement amount
You gave the amount as 1227.15, after this you are still levying fees and interest, what is the point of a settlement amount???
This was paid on the same day.
Therefor as per your settlement amount I have settled my obligation towards you.
Please note I will return any debit order you raise on the account.
I will not pay any more money as I have already fulfilled my obligation.
The only way I will pay anything is if the National Credit Regulator tells me that ALL these fees you claim are true and accurate even after a settlement amount was requested.
I will forward this to them tomorrow to get their response, failing your response today
PS you have still not responded to my mail, and i have sent a mail to the NCR
