MY SETTLEMENT - NO RESPONSE W.R.T. MY ENQUIRY

In JUNE 2013 visited this office personally - to get a balance to settle my acc in full. The staff were incompetent to assist me & said I should send an email to the Supervisor, Christinah. 18 JUL 2013, I sent my detailed email, to what I require from them, cause I want to settle my acc in full, a.s.a.p. Up till today (27/8/2013) she has not responded. The staff even keep on phoning me, sending me emails reminding me to PAY!! 22 Aug 2013 this email to Christinah (vericred) was sent to Lorraine, admin lady aho works for the Dr's rooms who handed me over to VERICRED - she phoned me & also wants us to settle this acc. Untill today - no reply from ANY ONE. this is unacceptable & then they expect me to pay all the interests - I refuse, cause they PROHIBITED me to pay this acc at once! It is unfair to me, I will not pay the interests.
