Good morning DMC,
I phoned in after seeing trace and amount owing on ITC. I confirmed details and then the Trace was removed a few days later. I asked for a settlement email for the amount owing via email. All I received was a long pdf statement. I replied via email and asked about the settlement which was confirmed on the initial call as been R12000.00 and a better settlement as I would like to pay this off over 2 payments.
Can I get a response from DMC as the initial amount was R7890.00 as per ITC and has not ben updated for sometime I see on ITC.
