So sick of being messed around!!

A transfer was made into my account by my aunt in the UK for my birthday. Firstly I was told it would take 3 working days to clear, after the 3 days there was still nothing so I phone the completely incompetent call centre and get told 7 working days and guess what? 7 working days later still no money. I phone again and get told it's strange because it takes 7 working days. So today it has been 8 working days since the transfer was done and I call again. Now suddenly the 3 days that have turned into 7 days now suddenly turn into 10-14days. First time I called today the phone was put down on me. 2nd time I get more bs stories. All I want to know is where the money is. A simple enough request that no one seems to be able to do. I'm so sick of this nonsense. I will absolutely be changing banks after all this is over. This is disgusting! Everything about this bank is disgusting! I WANT ANSWERS AND I WANT THEM NOW!! Seriously... Find my transfer. I'm done being messed around!
