Every single week I get these stupid messages for my sons account that it will be blocked if I do not take the required documents to FNB. Well I did about 3 months ago now to the lady at the front desk at the Brackenhurst FNB. She said she does not know why we getting this messages and took a copy of his birth certificate and my proof of residence. What more do you want???
