I applied for a loan on 12/07/2013 my loan was approved I was told it would take 3 working days for my money to be paid out, Wednesday came I received nothing!!! I followed up and spoke to another consultant I was informed that the incorrect information was given to me it normally takes 5 working days. Today 19/07/2013 is the 5th working day and guess what NO MONEY. I did another follow up today and to my surprise another consultant said 10 WORKING DAYS.
I am absolutley disgusted with the service from Bridge Loan and I feel that the staff is very incompetant, they cannot transfer me to a superior, nobody knows why I was told 3 days. My arguement is WHY WOULD ONE APPLY FOR A LOAN IF YOU HAVE TO WAIT 10 DAYS!!! It is meant for emergency's or so I would think.
I need this to be sorted out immediately, I will take this further should I not be paid out by today, this is very bad service and I will report it to the action line aswell.
Non-disclosure is taken very seriously in the finance industry and I will not tolerate it.
